muddy grass, okay music, $3 cider, yummy donuts, lots of friends = ACF
So ACF was yesterday. It ROCKED! I partied it up with Katya, Meliza, Sarah, Regina and saw so many others that I knew (or others in my group knew!) - Michele, Randy, Chrissi, Kevin & Ryan from JH (Yeahh!), Sarah M. from work (and her bf Wayne). Yep - it was insane. I had a few drinks...far less than most people. Mini donuts were had too. Mmm. Met lots of new "friends"....hehehe. The music was alright, but the biggest disappointment of all was K-os. I was really looking forward to hearing him, but the crowd was nuts and pushing everyone. When Katya and I finally got out of the crazyness by the stage, we made the choice to use the porta-potties. Ew. Haha. Everyone was banging on the doors and yelling "HURRY UP!!!" (which of course Katya and I did too....lmao.) Regina took some photos, so I'll post some of those when I get them. The grass was totally muddy too, but somehow everything worked out great. Looking forward to next year.
Afterwards, Meliza and I went and got food from the Pita Pit, and man, when I sat down...it was amazing. I hadn't sat since 1pm!!! After I got home, I just crashed.
I'm just glad it didn't rain. Yay for sunshine!

I wasn't as forward as all that... and everyone around me was having a ball. It wasn't until Matt Good that we got crushed.
We laughed when a shoe hit the cymbals at the end of a song... like they had meant to do it.
To be honest... other than that Crabbukkit moment, I could have done without the vibe of the crowd... it wasn't festive... it felt more out of control. Too bad. Stuendents rae their own worst ennemies sometimes.
eek. sometimes I really can't type. Students are their own worst ennemies... that's what I meant to write.
