finally writing again
Ok. I promise to write more often....I've just gotten lazy I think. And with moving out, I've got MUCH more on my mind than I used to. More important issues anyway. Nevermind all the other more mundane or not so much mundane, but more frivolous stuff. Like how I need new boots (but have no money), or how my crush has just been my crush for far too long (so sorry to Meg who puts up with all my mindless drivel about him...lol).
Wow....my last post was Nov.10 AND just my horoscope. Hahaha. I'm terrible! I've been pretty busy since then...saw TTP on Bowen (the float cabin was a rockin' as usual - and it was Meg's first time there! "BOWEN VIRGIN!!" I think she enjoyed herself...ahem. Can you say MASSAGE?! ANYway.......hahaha.), TTP played their last show before Christmas here this past weekend at the Raven....so fun! Everyone and their dog came out! My mom, sister, aunt - and between them they brought 6 friends - and Meg, me, Katie, Amy, Michelle....so insane. It reminded me of the Mosquito Creek days...I loved it. And I really miss those Monday nights. They were awesome. Wish TTP would do a weekly show again. Or at least Smiling Politely. I loved those shows too.
What else have I been up to....oh yeah! I went and saw Jason Mraz @ The Commodore with Meg. Sooo good! I *heart* Mraz! hehe. One of his best shows I'd been to. Hands down.
I went to the dentist! Hahaha. Nobody cares. I get it. (They did put a Starbucks right next door though...just a funny observation. lol.)
And today....I saw George! That's right. Meg and I went to see The Hour - live in Vancouver. I love George. He's so awesome...smart, cute, mature, but not too mature, loves music...must I go on? Sigh. We got our pic with him - and we wore MIK and TTP shirts. Heehee. Anyway to promote our b'ys....:)
Not too much else to say...life in North Van is fabulous...everything I expected it to be and more...I love my new store....and everyone that works there and most of the customers too....I'll try and update more...and I think I'll post some pics tonight! Yay! Everyone lovvves photos!!
